Check generated documents for missing clauses
The clause check compares a generated document with the expected clause list for its document type. It flags missing items so you can see what needs attention.
AI review explains those findings in plain English and why they matter. It helps you understand the gaps identified by the clause check; it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee that the document covers every risk.
Draft a custom contract with Pro
When a standard template does not cover the agreement you need, use the Contract Drafting Agent. Describe the parties and purpose of the contract, review the draft and request changes through the conversation.
You can ask for an additional clause, adjust a notice period or change the parties. The live preview shows the current draft, and the built in clause check identifies expected clauses that are still missing. Download the result as a Word file and keep track of draft versions.

Keep a copy of the documents you need
You can rename generated documents, download them again and view available versions. Generated files are kept for 70 days and then expire automatically. Save a copy to your own files before that period ends.
Document questions
Are the documents reviewed by a lawyer when I generate them?
The templates are authored by lawyers. Generating a document does not include an individual lawyer review of your completed draft.
Can I draft other kinds of contracts?
The standard generator covers the six listed NDA and appointment letter templates. Custom contracts are prepared through the Contract Drafting Agent on Pro.
Does deleting a document restore my credit?
No. Deleting a generated document does not give the credit back. Free includes three documents in total, while paid document allowances follow the plan rules.
Does the Pro Contract Drafting Agent use my AI Assistant messages?
No. Contract Drafting Agent conversations do not use the separate AI Assistant message allowance.
