Understand your monthly allowances

AI Assistant message allowances reset on the first day of each month, and unused messages do not carry forward. Early Subscriber document credits also reset monthly.

Free has a total allowance of three generated documents for the lifetime of the account. This does not reset each month, and deleting a file does not restore a document credit.

The billing period and the credit reset period are different. For example, a subscription covering several months still receives its message and document allowance according to the monthly plan rules.

Payments and renewal

Payments are processed through Razorpay, with supported options including cards, UPI and net banking. Your plan activates after payment is confirmed, and a GST invoice is emailed to you.

You can choose automatic renewal or pay once for a subscription period. Cancelling automatic renewal keeps your access available until the end of the period already paid for. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the applicable terms.

Pricing questions

Is GST included in the displayed subscription price?

Paid prices are shown in INR with 18% GST added. The checkout should show the total before payment.

Can I explore Legalway before choosing a paid plan?

Yes. Create a Free account to use the included AI messages and document allowance. Paid features become available when you select and pay for the relevant plan.

What happens when my credits run out?

The relevant feature pauses until the allowance resets or you upgrade. Free document credits are a lifetime allowance and do not reset.

Can I stop automatic renewal?

Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

How do I upgrade an existing account?

Are generated documents stored permanently?

No. Generated files expire after 70 days. Download the documents you need to keep.
